Training, induction and assisting in the performance management of new and junior staff Regulatory Compliance Assisting in the delivery of group level projects Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of a degree in Life Sciences, preferably a MSc or PhD HCPC Registered (or immediately eligible) Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, some preferably at a senior/management level Fully trained in all clinical laboratory procedures, preferably including biopsy Advanced knowledge of the UK Regulatory Framework Must be self-motivated, eager to learn and resilient.
