Your Profile High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certifications preferred.Minimum two (2) years' experience in manufacturing, process support, or similar technical role.Experience with TWI, Lean systems, or structured training programs is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (able to train, coach, and influence).Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Technical problem-solving ability with sharp attention to detail.Proficiency in process documentation (SOPs, WI, Procedure Documentation).Solid understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodology.Ability to interpret; process data, charts, and metrics.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships.Ability to work on the production floor, including standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads.Willingness to work designated shift and support additional hours as required.Due to the nature of the work performed at this facility.
