You will analyse business processes by identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility, and recommending new approaches. You are required to evaluate the factors which must be addressed in the change program and establish requirements for the implementation of changes. You must have specific technical specialism to provide advice and executes specialized tasks.
YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years) Proficiency with Health and Safety procedures/ methods such as LOTO (lock out tag out), electrical safety, fall protection awareness, basic understanding of hazardous materials (MSDN) Systematic problem-solving and safety orientated behaviour. Strong personal planning & organisation skills. English is a must. Minimum B2. The position has a high travel requirement, domestically and/or internationally Capability to comprehend and adapt to rapidly changing technologies Proficient computer skills utilizing MS Office basic programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Will be a plus familiarity with several technologies such as Mechanical & rotating systems, basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
